Acino Verde

L'Acino Verde is an agricultural business, run by the Federici family, in a place called Belvedere Ostrense (in the province of Ancona, Italy), about 300 metres above sea level. The Federici family keeps bees and cultivates olives; they produce honey, extra-virgin olive oil, and cosmetic products based on their own olive oil. The olive oil comes from the family's 1200 olive trees, and the Federicis closely monitor all phases of oil production, from the care of the trees, to the harvesting and selection of the best olives, to the cold-pressing of the olives using a stone mill in their own laboratory.

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil With Truffle Essence   Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Mandarin Orange

This oil is made by pressing olives grown in the Marche simultaneously with mandarin oranges from Sicily. Best used as a light condiment for fish dishes such as broiled white fish or sardines.

La Salamora   Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (Wooden Cork)

To make this very special condiment,
orange peel, wild fennel, and a small quantity of garlic are finely chopped and then allowed to marinate for about a month in extra virgin olive oil. It can be consumed with bruschette or grilled meats

 

Acino Verde's intensely green extra-virgin olive oil is highly nutritious, containing the correct balance of vitamins, mono-unsaturated fatty acids and poly-unsaturated fatty acids. It has a low level of acidity (0.3%) and a pleasantly fruity taste. This bottle comes with a wooden cork.
